TIERRA ARMSTRONG
Tierra Armstrong, born in 1997, is an artist whose work encourages introspection about our connection to the world. Her early years, spent in various cultures worldwide, laid the foundation for her diverse artisticjourney. Growing up in London, she explored multiple artforms, with a shift towards human expression during her teenage fashion studies.
Tierra's art is a vibrant exploration of emotion and duality, using contrasting color palettes to create a complete picture of life. While she mainly used acrylics for their time constraints, she recently embraced oil painting for its versatility.
Her art has graced diverse locations, from her first mural at Mexico City's ‘Museo del Juguete Antiguo Mexico’ Museum to a recent exhibition at Christie's in London, marking a full-circle return. Tierra's work acts as a beacon for a community with shared stories, representing a search for a place to call home in an ever-changing world.
